About Us

Leadership Essentials Consulting was founded by Dane Browne, a Native of Quaillas, "The Land of Beautiful Waters. Also known as St Christopher Nevis, "St Kitts and Nevis" located is in the Leward Virgin Islands. Dane first came to the United States of America at the age of nine with his father and younger brother. His mother passed away when he was five years old. Dane graduated from Edgewood Senior High School in Atco, New Jersey, where he was actively involved in sports including the track and field, basketball, and cross country teams. Dane was ranked as the eight best freshman in south Jersey in cross country. Dane pursued a career in sales and marketing for ten years working for many companies as a sales representative and selling everything from vacuum cleaners, cell phones for all the major providers, and door-to-door sales. He finally settled down in the medical field as a Field Training Officer at Inspira Hospital in Vineland, NJ, for the last eight years. Dane and his wife now have six children and have been married for ten years. Since 2021 Leadership Essentials Consulting has made great strides as they continuously deepen their focus on becoming one of the top leaders in Business Marketing, Business Communication, Leadership Proficiency, and Marketing. Dane Browne received his AAS in Business Management and Marketing from Rowan College of South Jersey in Vineland, New Jersey. He is currently pursuing his BA in Business Administration Data Analys and Marketing from Liberty University. Leadership Essentials Consulting's Vision, mission, and goals are very clear. We at LEC are interested in and looking forward to building great leaders in business, building great leaders in communication, building great leaders in marketing and building great leaders in the community.
